This form is no longer available since we have added the Search for Homes tool on the Moving to Portland Web site.  Find it at http://search.movingtoportland.net. Power Search allows you to fill in the criteria (see below list) and then select a geographic area from a Portland metro map by drawing a box around the area.  Alternatively, you can also search by city/community.  Here are some of the "search" parameters you can use when searching for a home: Home type ("house" means detached single family, town home, farm, condo, house boat, multi-family, vacant land) New construction (completed, proposed, under construction) Price range (minimum and maximum) Number of bedrooms (minimum and maximum) Number of bathrooms (minimum and maximum) Square footage (minimum and maximum) Year built (range of dates) Size of lot in acres (minimum and maximum) Days on the market (all listings, last 24 hours, 2 days back, 3 days back, etc.) Home style (multiple selections allowed such as bungalow, cottage, ranch, etc.) Waterfront (river, lakefront, ocean front, bay, creek) View (mountain, golf course, bay, creek, lake, ocean, river, city) Features (deck, dog run, greenhouse, pool, shop, tennis, etc.). You can also search for a home located within a specified distance from a school. Whenever you see the Sherlock icon on any of the Moving to Portland Web site pages, just click on it - you will be directed to the search tool.
