View Property Address on Listings
If you have created an account (obtained a "username" and "password") using the "Search for Homes" tool and wish to have the ability to display the "address" of property listings, you will have to agree to these two conditions (You MUST type "yes" in the two boxes below):
	I am considering purchasing a home in the Portland metro area.
	I am engaging the Susan Marthens Realty Team as my Realtor to help me find a home to purchase in the Portland metro area.
Agreeing to these conditions is a requirement of the Regional Marketing Listing Service (RMLS), the organization that maintains the database of homes in the Portland metro area.
So that I can activate the "Property Address" feature, I will need the below information: e-mail address, your first and last names, and your telephone number.  Also your price range and home/neighborhood requirements.  If you have NOT created an account in the Search for Homes tool, you must do so before completing this form.
